E-commerce Warehouse Assistant
Retail Sales Assistant (Events)
E-commerce Warehouse Assistant
We are looking for a capable and independent e-commerce warehouse assistant. You will be at the forefront of delivering excellent customer service and working closely with the logistic manager to support the business warehouse operations. You will receive, input, sort, load and unload products and perform various warehouse and retail ad-hoc activities.
Job Scope
Permanent Part-Time
Salary: $8- $10 per hour (depending on experience)
E-commerce Warehouse Assistant
- Process, package and ship orders accurately
- Organise stocks and maintain inventory
- Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
- Keep warehouse clean and organised daily
- Assist in retail pop-up events held 2-4 times a year
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Specific task details will be shared with you when you are shortlisted for the interview. On the job training will be provided.
Requirements
- IT-savvy, eager to learn (with ‘O’ or ‘N’ level preferable)
- Reliable & meticulous
- Able to commit in the long-term (for at least 2 years)
- Able to commute to warehouse at least 3 times each week, 2 to 3 hours each time (at least twice on weekdays)
- Proficient in English Language with good communication skills
- Able to commit on weekends when we have events (2-4 times each year)
- Trustworthy and able to multi-task
- Able to carry heavy items
- Love our brands
- Team player with organisational skills
- Staying near Woodlands, Admiralty or North area for easy commute.
Retail Sales Assistant (Events)
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic retail Sales Assistant for our yearly events. You will assist customers in selecting and purchasing our wide range of shawls & lifestyle products. Your duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to deliver excellent customer service and an enjoyable shopping experience!

Upcoming event date: 6th to 11th December
Salary: $8- $10 per hour (depending on experience)
Retail Sales Assistant (Events)
- Deliver high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Assist with the sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store

Requirements
- Working experience in retail sales preferred. We also welcome enthusiastic, eager and fast learners.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficient in English & Malay
- Bonus: Track record of over-achieving sales quota
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Basic administration skills
- Minimum qualification: O or N level
