Return/Exchange Policy

Purchases made online and in-stores can be exchanged* within 14 days from date of purchase.
Items can be exchanged for items of the same value or higher. Any amount paid in excess from the original purchase are non-refundable.
TudungPeople Singapore online and physical store portrays all items as accurately as possible. Exchanges due to colour variances and reasons other than stated in the T&C would be charged $5 processing fee.
Upon confirmation, all exchange items will take up to 7 working days to be processed. This policy only applies to purchases made on www.tudungpeoplesg.com or at the TudungPeople Singapore boutique only.
Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Exchanges due to defective items or wrong item(s) received is covered by TudungPeople Singapore .
Exchanges due to reasons such as color variances, change of mind or a loose thread are chargeable.
Inners , Innerwear and accessories cannot be exchanged.
Items must be in original condition with packaging and TudungPeople price tags intact, unwashed, unworn, unaltered and in resaleable condition.
Discounted item(s), purchases made with vouchers/discount codes, sale and promotional item are not valid for return or exchange.
TudungPeople Singapore is not liable for items that are bought from any third party.
Customers can only make a one-time exchange per receipt and the original receipt must be presented during the return.
