What is the Rewards Program?
Our Rewards Program is our way of thanking you for shopping with us. By joining, you can earn points on your purchases both online and in-store, which can be redeemed for exclusive discounts and rewards. Membership is free and open to all customers, allowing you to enjoy special perks and offers throughout the year.
I’m a TP Malaysia member. Can I transfer my points or use them in Singapore?
Unfortunately, no. TudungPeople Malaysia and TudungPeople Singapore operate on separate membership systems, and points are not transferable between the two.
I’ve been a long-time customer — do I start at White tier?
Yes, unless your past purchases qualified you for Black or Gold — you may have been automatically upgraded.
Is GST included in our points?
No. You will only receive points for the total order amount excluding GST.
Can I include retail partners in my purchase to earn and redeem points?
Point earning and redemptions are only applicable to TudungPeople products. All products by retail partners are excluded.
Can I drop to a lower tier?
Tiers are based on a 12-month spend cycle. If the required spending threshold is not met within that period, your tier status may drop to a lower level.

Do points expire?
Yes, points expire 12 months from the date they were earned. We’ll remind you before they expire.
How do I redeem my points?
To redeem your points, simply log in to your account and access the "My Rewards" widget. From there, you can view your available points and redeem them for vouchers.
Reminder: Voucher/Codes expire within 3 months of redemption
I didn’t get my points — what should I do?
If your points didn’t reflect, please contact us via our Chatbox, and our team will get back to you within 1–2 working days to assist you.
Can I stack points with discount codes?
Yes, you can! For example, if your total is $80 after a promotion, you can redeem 1,000 points to offset an additional $10, bringing your total to $70.
Can I earn points for past purchases?
Only purchases made after joining the rewards programme will earn points. Retroactive points are not awarded unless stated.
Can I collect reward points from offline purchases at TPSG store?
Yes! You can earn points both in-store and online. Just show your membership card or verify your email at the boutique during checkout.
Can I gift or transfer points to others?
No, points are tied to your individual account and cannot be transferred.
Can I redeem my points and use them later?
Yes! Once redeemed, your voucher will appear in Account → My Rewards → My Coupons.
Reminder: redeemed vouchers expire after 3 months.
Exchanges & Policies
Are orders placed with promo codes or points eligible for exchange or refund?
Orders placed using any promo codes or redeemed points, including those from the TPSG Rewards Programme, are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Rewards, benefits, and eligibility may vary and are subject to availability.
