As a senior retail associate, you oversee & lead team in daily operational tasks. You will work closely with the Store Supervisor & Retail Executive in achieving operations & service excellence.

As a strong brand ambassador of TPSG service mission, you’re required to embody a strong desire to serve, lead and a willingness to adapt to new challenges, solve problems and work well independently & collaboratively in a team.

Full-time scheme

Work schedule: 5-5.5 days/week or 44hours/week.

Part-time scheme

A minimum commitment of 5 available days or 30 hours/week with a consistent schedule. 

As a junior retail marketing associate, you implement the execution of the TPSG brand retail marketing strategy in the local context.

In this role, you'd contribute positively to our retail & marketing operations. You'll always be on the go and should be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

As a marketing assistant, you will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.

You will collaborate with the logistics & e-commerce team to develop lead-generation strategies and nurture potential customers through the sales funnel.

Project basis scheme

Work schedule: You will be required to meet all project deadlines, attend key meeting and events. You have the flexibility to set your own work hours.

As an e-commerce & logistics assistant, you will drive e-commerce growth & assist in the operational process of the organisation. You need to be highly organised and process-driven, looking into ways to optimise operational efficiency.
