EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
To request a return, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returned items are only allowed for defective and wrongly sent items. It must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all of the tags intact and in their original packaging.
Exchange request due to preference for colour will be looked into on a case by case basis.
Please note that there may be a slight difference in given measurements. Items that vary within this range will not be accepted as defects. Returns due to colour variances will not be accepted. Creases on Tudung are not deemed as faulty and will not be accepted as returns.
We take up to 5 working days after receiving the goods to process returns.
We endeavour to ship your items from our warehouse within 2-5 working day/s so that it would reach you safely and in good time.
A flat shipping rate of SGD 5 is charged for every order. Your order is shipped using either Janio courier service or our in-house courier.
You will receive a notification once the order is in process of delivery with a tracking number (for courier service) or a notification of the timing (for in-house courier)
Peak Periods Notice
During peak season (e.g Ramadhan, Eid, November & December), there may be occurence of shipment delays from the designated courier. We seek your understanding and patience in this matter, in the rare & unfortunate event that it happens.
What happens when you’re not at home to receive the parcel?
- You can personally authorise the courier to place it somewhere safe near your place.
- You can arrange for an alternative arrangement up to 3 attempts.

BACKORDER & PRE-ORDER ITEMS
A pre order (PO) is an order made on new product before it is in stock and available for delivery. Pre-orders are shipped to customers once the product becomes available.Pre-order items usually take about 3-4 weeks to arrive.
Backorder (BO) is an order placed on products that are already ranged, but are currently out of stock. Backorders are shipped to customers once the product becomes available. Backorder items usually take 1-2 weeks to arrive.
Please note that for both PO and BO products, the items listed as “in stock” on site does not represent that it is currently available to be shipped. It represents that it is available for PO and BO.
What happens if your cart contains ready stock item(s) and/or PO/BO items?
We will ship your order once all the items in your cart is ready in stock.
